THE BAR

We have a strong focus on natural wine produced here in Australia. Although we are commonly referred to as one of the best wine bars in Melbourne and best restaurant in Carlton North our drinks are so much more than wine - supporting independent producers of all liquids, including a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages.

We source a large portion of our list directly from passionate growers and winemakers, and while we stock a great amount of delicious and eclectic styles, ranging from pet nats, heavily macerated or skin contact whites through to light chillable red wine, and heavier rustic style reds. We maintain a curated wine list and ensure we offer classic, clean and carefully made vino too. I

When it comes to spirits our approach is no different.  From the Australian gin in our martinis to locally made whisky, all of our spirits are made by small distilleries who focus on the craft - award winning Australian whiskeys, vodkas, gins and native liquors.
