The Chocolate Rhubarb Mousse Cake
Can be made vegan and or gluten free for an extra $1 per person.
Chocolate brownie base. rhubarb jelly interior, silky chocolate mousse exterior.
The Victorian Sponge with Lilly Pilly Jam and Strawberry Gum Butter Cream
This pretty little thing doesn’t last long enough and will have your taste buds tingling with its sour notes brought to life with native Australian Davidson plums, Patient Wolf dry gin, native plum brandy, Pennyweight fino and citrus.

We have a no Brunettis policy. It’s nothing personal we just like handmade things. If you have a special cake you would like to bring you are welcome to. We charge $4 cakeage and will cut and plate the cake
Pricing
The two cakes we are currently working with are charged at $30 + $7 per person dining.
